Hey, all! For those still on the hunt for Zeghai of the Lost and his coveted and infamous HoT Revenant Beta weapon recipes, all 15 locations on his 15 hour location cycle have been found! that_shaman has made a quick timer list with all maps, approximate locations, and which weapon recipe will be available.

The last three unknown locations were just cleared up by some excellent people in my squad over the last three hours! Shout out to all quick work done on finding this elusive dude and all his spawn locations and that he even had a pattern to begin with!
For those unfamiliar with how he works, he spawns in each of the listed locations at xx:15, and will despawn at xx:40, giving you 25 minutes to find him until the specific spots are recorded on Dulfy and/or the Wiki. The 3 weapons cycle every 3 hours.
